Codex Control Center

The Codex Control Center is the orchestration layer of Codex-Net. It receives events, routes them into council debates, invokes AVOT reasoning agents, and writes decisions back into Codex memory.

AVOT Runtime

The AVOT Runtime executes reasoning agents defined as scrolls. It includes the DSL, compiler, executor, council orchestration, and adapter interfaces.
